Bernie’s Buttermilk Fried Chicken $15
Deep fried boneless, skinless chicken breast

and thigh that have been marinated inbuttermilk, then dredged in seasoned flour. Served with sides of collard greens and garlic mashed potatoes with country chicken gravy.

Bernie’s Blackened Catfish $16
Farm raised catfish lightly blackened, then finished with a bourbon, browned butter sauce, sautéed okra, tomatoes and onions. We sweeten it up with buttered smashed yams. This dish is spicy!

Strawberry Mountain Steak $21
